Green Fire Winery
At Green Fire Farm, we make natural wines in small batches on the same rich land where we grow organic vegetables, fruits, flowers, and culinary herbs. We harvest grapes by hand from sustainably managed, dry farmed vineyards, including our own. We ferment using native yeasts and naturally occuring malolactic bacteria. No sulfites or other chemicals are added at any stage of our winemaking. None of our wines are fined or filtered. Nothing added, nothing taken away.
